You can add 60 g of NuCrema or NuCrema Double to the batter.
120 g all-purpose flour
14 g melted butter
100 g eggs
2 g salt
4 g sugar
360 g milk
Mix the eggs, salt, sugar, milk, melted butter and, finally, add the sifted flour.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and brush with butter. Using a ladle, pour some of the batter into the pan and swirl it around quickly so that it spreads everywhere, creating a thin layer of dough. When one side is cooked, flip it over. Adjust the heat for the desired result.
