Soft Cookies with Filling

Ingredients

120 g brown sugar

80 g granulated sugar

110 g melted butter

65 g eggs

230 g all-purpose flour

35 g cocoa powder

3 g baking soda

1 pinch of salt

50 g NuCrema

Preparation

With a spoon, scoop some NuCrema (about 20 grams), place it on parchment paper and store it in the freezer until chilled. Melt the butter.

Mix together the two types of sugar, melted butter, eggs, salt and NuCrema until combined.

Add the flour, baking soda and cocoa powder after first sifting them.

Divide the dough into 60-gram pieces, place the chilled NuCrema in the centre of each one and shape into balls.

Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.

They can be stored in the freezer and baked frozen.
